I'm having trouble accessing my account

If you're running into account issues, just email us at . Include your email address or username so we can help you faster.

I want to delete my account or data

In some of our apps, you can create an accoun. For example, Coupled, Love Notes, 2 Truths 1 Lie, Gossip, and NoCap!. To delete your account, just open the app, go to your account settings, and select the delete option. All your data will be permanently removed.

For all other apps, simply uninstall the app. Most of our apps store data locally on your device and don’t save anything to the cloud.

I want to cancel my subscription

No problem! You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app store on your phone.

Use the link below for your device:

Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged.

I want a refund

We understand! Apple and Google handle all payments, so refund requests have to go through them.

If you were charged, it probably means the cancellation didn’t go through in time. You can request a refund using the links below:

We wish we could do more directly, but their systems don’t give us access to payments or refunds.
